hello! I am now in Kruger National PArk which is roughly the size of isreal! It is so amazing we have seen four out of the Big Five so far: leopard (eating an impala), Elephant, Rhino, Water Buffalo and we are waiting to see a lion. We've also seen hippos, bushbabys, tons of giraffe, kudu, hyena and tons of different small cats. And we still have a game drive to go. I have pictures but nothing can do in justice being right there with these wild animals is so thrilling. I can't believe how lucky I am. I have just gotten over a nasty stomach bug. It was horrible so I missed a few activities and a lot of the night life in Cape Town. But I have so many experiences already that i am not even fazed, just glad it is over and to have food in my stomach. We went sandboarding which is snowboarding but on beautiful fine white sand dunes and went up to table mountain that literally feels like you are on top of the whole world. I also got to go to Robben island where nelson mandela was kept prisoner. It was so amazing because an ex political prisoner showed us around and was talking about being tortured by the police and stuff, so intense. I will fill in the gaps when I go home tomorrow, thanks for those of you that have followed my blog I have such brillant support back home and I know that I am truly blessed. Thank you for everyone that was thinking and praying and supporting me. this was an experience of a lifetime and I will never forget the memories I have made. I love all of you so much, Hannah

  2. Hanz, I've been reading your blog but I've been COMPLETELY speechless because everything just sounds so incredible that I haven't even known what to say, haha. You must be having the time of your life, I can't even imagine! Bungee jumping -- ah!! Your cave exploration -- ah!!! You are my hero. I'm sorry you got sick, that's no fun. At least no rabies. I didn't know you're coming home tomorrow; I'm sure you're probably so sad to leave but I'm stoked to be able to talk to you about all these crazy adventures:] I love you so so much! Pick up some good Brit lingo to teach me (I noticed you're already saying "brilliant" and I'm loving it so much haha)!
